Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to submit a return request.
Return Eligibility
To be accepted, all return requests must meet the following conditions:
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, unopened, with all labels intact, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are covered by JNR Vapor.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used vape products (e-liquids, pre-filled pods, etc.)
- Vape products are damaged due to buyer misuse
- Gift cards and products purchased during specific promotional offers
- Custom or made-to-order products
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the unwanted or defective item and place a new order once your return has been approved. We do not process direct exchanges — a new order must be placed after the return is accepted.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved.
